Now that I am retired and have worked a lot with people, I enjoy being able to still be there for people. My partner and I love receiving and getting to know people from different regions. We like to please people and love to make people feel at home during their holiday.

Where we live it is a 'green' neighborhood with many nice places. There is a local supermarket within walking distance (Aldi). Behind the residential area there is a small forest where you can enjoy a nice walk. You can reach the center of Sneek within a 15-minute walk. It is a pleasant city center where you can enjoy plenty of food and shopping. The station is only a 10-minute walk and you can easily travel to the capital of Friesland by train. In Leeuwarden you get off in the center.

We live here with two dogs, a Frisian Stabyhoun and a small crossbreed butterfly dog/Maltese. We therefore consciously choose not to advertise with the option of bringing your four-legged friend.
Depending on the character of your dog, something may be possible upon special request and in consultation.

When furnishing the B&B, attention was paid to comfort and luxury. The accommodation has 2 large bedrooms (the polar bear room and the deer room) and a beautiful bathroom with a bath.

Depending on your family size, you have 1 or 2 bedrooms available. Every detail has been carefully chosen to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We believe comfortable beds are important and invite you to dream away after a day of shopping, cycling, scootering, or walking in Sneek and the surrounding area.
